Everything you need to know before we begin.
Process, timelines, investment, and what to expect when we work together.
We work with founder-led businesses, emerging luxury brands, and companies at an inflection point, launching, repositioning, or scaling. Our clients share a commitment to quality and an understanding that brand is a long-term investment, not a line item.
Email info@thelaubrand.com or use our contact form. We review every inquiry and respond within five business days. If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll schedule a focused conversation to align on vision, scope, timeline, investment, and the right package before anything moves forward.
Absolutely. We work with clients nationwide and internationally. All meetings are conducted via video call, email, and collaborative project management tools. Our process is designed for seamless remote collaboration.
Brand identity (Mark) typically runs 6-10 weeks. Creative direction and collateral (Signal) adds 3-5 weeks. Website design and development (Convert) is 8-14 weeks from kickoff. Full-scope engagements (Build) are scoped individually. Timelines depend on project complexity and your team’s availability for feedback.
You’ll receive a full suite of production-ready files, organized and labeled: vector sources (AI, EPS), PSD/Figma when in scope, print PDFs, web PNGs and SVGs, and platform-specific exports your deliverables need. Brand guidelines arrive as a comprehensive PDF with usage rules, clear don’ts, and application examples. You also get 30 days of post-launch support for questions or minor adjustments.
Our four packages (Mark, Signal, Convert, Build) are designed to cover the full range of brand engagements and can be scoped to your specific needs. If your project doesn’t map cleanly to a package, tell us what you’re trying to accomplish and we’ll propose accordingly.
No. A logo without strategy, color, typography, and guidelines is an asset without a system. We don’t deliver marks in isolation; every agency engagement includes the infrastructure to use the work correctly. For a standalone logo, Studio templates are the better fit. If you’re between paths, reach out and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Unless your proposal lists them, the fixed fee doesn’t cover stock photography purchases, additional font licenses when your deliverables require paid typefaces, third-party software or platform subscriptions, printing and production costs, advertising spend, or ongoing retainer-based services. We’ll flag anything project-specific during scoping so there are no surprises.
Packages describe how we structure engagements—Mark, Signal, Convert, and Build—so you can see scope and deliverables by tier, not a published rate card. You’ll get a detailed proposal with a fixed project fee before any work begins. We don’t bill creative work by the hour. Contact us for a quote tailored to your scope.
We require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final file delivery. For larger engagements, milestone-based payment schedules are available and outlined in the project agreement.
What you share in discovery, strategy, and production stays with us. Mutual NDAs are standard before deep access to business plans, unreleased products, or financial detail. Files and comms live in secure, access-controlled workflows; we don’t recycle your briefs, positioning, or creative into other clients’ work. If your legal team has a specific agreement, we’re happy to review it during onboarding.
